Training Manager in Chichester, West Sussex

An exciting opportunity for an experienced CIPD level 5 Training Manager to join an established and growing company based in Hampshire. 

The successful candidate will have:

• 5 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience managing training teams, trainers, coordinators, or subject matter experts.
• Professional qualification in Leadership & Management desirable
• The role is based in an operational factory environment with associated levels of noise and temperature and can be physically demanding.
• Experience developing competency-based training frameworks.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health & Safety, Quality Systems, and Compliance requirements.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• CIPD Level 5
• Train-the-Trainer qualification.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification desirable.
• IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) desirable.
• Project Management certification desirable.
