FIND have partnered with a disrupting transformation consultancy based in London and New York, who are excited to bring in multiple new consultants over the next year following consecutive years of considerable growth.
Our client's modern take on consulting is a breath of fresh air, set up with only two levels: consultant and partner, and consequently, maintaining an industry leading Partner:Consultant ratio.

- Consultant is a functional title, the real difference is how much of your time stays on the client rather than internal admin, appraisals or the politics of getting noticed for a promotion
- 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level
- Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led
- A track record leading significant workstreams, with a budget and headcount to reflect, real decision-making impact, ideally end-to-end.
- Software delivery lifecycle experience is a bonus, not essential.
- Experience across sectors and capabilities, not a narrow technical specialist
- A strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level
- History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
