What You Will Do: 

- Facilitate transformation workstreams with a strategic focus on Digital Innovation, People, Customer Love, Process Excellence, Sustainability, and Cost Efficiency.

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, from scoping and planning to implementation and closure.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and risk mitigations.

- Track value delivery across cost, efficiency, quality, and lead time while ensuring alignment with PMO standards.

- Support the deployment of innovative technologies and processes within final assembly operations.

- Champion continuous improvement and celebrate successful project completions to reinforce a culture of achievement.

What You Will Bring: 

- A strong background in manufacturing engineering, ideally within final assembly operations.

- Proven project management skills, including planning, RAID management, and value tracking.

- Experience working within PMO frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
