TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR – BEDFORD
Location: Bedford
Start Time: 04:00 AM
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Role: Transport Administrator
We are currently looking for an organised and reliable Transport Administrator to join a busy transport operation in Bedford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking drivers in at the start of their shifts
- General transport administration duties
- Uploading and processing driver run sheets
- Debriefing drivers when they return from their routes
- Checking paperwork and delivery documentation
- Updating transport systems and records
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration
- Communicating with drivers and the wider transport team
The ideal candidate:
Previous transport or administration experience preferred
Confident communicating with drivers
Good attention to detail
Organised and able to work under pressure
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working with computers and transport systems
Able to start work at 04:00 AM
Bedford | Monday–Friday | 04:00 Start
