08:15 – 16:30 Monday – Friday

Position Summary

- Own the track and trace process from origin all the way to delivery by working with the planners, carriers and destinations, to address any potential delays

- Ensure import/export documentation is accurate to avoid having shipments stuck in customs

- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and EDI messages are accurately reflect in the system

- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to right contacts within the team as needed

- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

- Broad understanding of logistics- and transportation-processes

-  Detailed knowledge of customs and preferential regulations

- Can work independently and deliver high quality in a fast-changing environment

- Analytical skills and the ability to set the right priorities

- Good organizational skills, dedication to get tasks finished on time

- Good knowledge of the MS Office –suite (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)

- Good knowledge of SAP, SAP EWM, Reporting Tool (Business Objects) and LM7 (the Warehouse Management System) an advantage

POSITION SUMMARY

• Coordination and planning of incoming components, finished materials to all sites in EMEA/UK including Third Party Manufacturing (TPMs)
• Verification and Reporting of Inbound product balances
• Coordination and communication with internal and external business partners (forwarders / handling agent’s / Customs/MM planners)
• Reporting of daily KPI’s
• Planning and execution of all Inbound shipments and ensure on time deliveries
• Ensure finishing and loading of prioritized shipments according to dispatch schedules
• Ensure the freight capacity of the daily line hauls to our forwarders / planning and ordering trucks

Ensure all shipments are prioritized based on the need of the destination sites

- Independent coordination of all inbound flows in EMEA/UK shipping and manufacturing facilities including Third Party Manufacturing (TPMs)

- High quality of execution of the following sensitive tasks needs to be assured.

- Take over coordination of different project within the scope of work or contribute to improvement-projects outside the scope of work.
