Nter Talent is recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy transport operation in Leeds, working day shifts. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual who enjoys keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly.

The Role:

• Coordinating day-to-day transport operations to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time
• Analysing data to identify trends and inform logistics decisions
• Managing relationships with customers and drivers, delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns
• Using IT systems (including [TMS/TOPS], Excel, and Word) to maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Supporting the wider transport team with day-to-day communications and planning
• Making real-time decisions to resolve operational issues such as delays

What We're Looking For:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills

Desirable:

Previous experience using transport/logistics operating systems
