Transport Planning Scheduler

Pasquill | Chorley Full Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm | Office Based

At Pasquill, we're looking for a Transport Planning Scheduler to join our team at our Chorley site.

This isn't just a role where you'll be moving schedules around a screen. You'll be the person helping keep our site running smoothly, making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Every day, you'll be speaking with customers, coordinating deliveries and finding solutions when plans inevitably change.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in transport planning, logistics, scheduling, operations coordination, customer service or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• A calm and proactive approach when plans change and priorities shift.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and coordinating customer deliveries to ensure products arrive on time and customers are kept informed.
• Working closely with production teams to align manufacturing schedules with delivery requirements.
• Preparing daily transport schedules and communicating plans with transport contractors and drivers.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to manage changes and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Producing and managing dispatch and production documentation to support smooth day-to-day operations.
