ST TALENT are recruiting for a Transport & Scheduling Coordinator to join a growing and highly successful business operating across the UK and Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Transport & Scheduling Coordinator to take ownership of transport, delivery and installation scheduling across multiple business divisions. Working closely with Operations, Sales and Customer Experience teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and customers receive a seamless service from order through to completion.
The Transport & Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transport bookings, installation schedules, shipping arrangements and supplier relationships, ensuring all live projects are accurately tracked and managed. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication and keeping multiple projects moving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all transport bookings across UK and international customer orders
- Scheduling installation teams and managing installation bookings for customer projects
- Liaising with Operations to confirm delivery dates, availability and project logistics
- Managing transport providers and building strong supplier relationships
- Booking shipments for imported goods and coordinating with purchasing teams
- Maintaining accurate transport, delivery and installation schedules
- Managing project trackers and ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Communicating transport and installation updates to internal stakeholders
- Resolving scheduling issues and identifying solutions to keep projects on track
- Supporting the wider customer experience team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Working across multiple live projects and priorities simultaneously
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within transport coordination, logistics administration, scheduling, operations support, supply chain coordination, project administration, customer service coordination or a similar role.
Experience within logistics, distribution, manufacturing, construction, engineering, rental, events, warehousing or another operational environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
You'll also have:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your workload
