The ideal retail travel manager must have experience in management within a travel agent and be passionate about travel.

Travel Retail Assistant Manager Duties:

· Support store manager and lead by example.

· Encourage your team and demonstrate how to generate sales through exceptional service, ensuring you hit and exceed personal and store sales targets.

· Offering advice and guidance to colleagues and identify training needs.

· Be able to create and promote the business opportunities within the surrounding areas.

Travel Retail Assistant Manager - Essential Requirements :

· Retail management experience within a travel agent is essential 

· Have excellent communication skills

· Be confident coaching and motivating your team

· Be passionate about travel
