- Identify customer requirements, offering suitable commercial vehicle solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery as a Truck Sales Manager
- Provide a comprehensive customer experience, including aftersales support
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay current with industry developments
- Generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Prior experience in Truck Sales, Commercial Vehicle Sales, or HGV Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrable ability to meet and surpass sales targets
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven approach
- Ability to motivate colleagues and influence customers
- Knowledge of DAF products is advantageous
- HGV Licence beneficial but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
