Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting General Tutors across North Northamptonshire to provide 1:1 Maths and English support for children and young people accessing alternative provision and local authority-funded education.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners outside of mainstream education, delivering tailored sessions in homes, libraries, and community settings.

You will support pupils with:

• GCSE Maths & English
• KS3 intervention and catch-up support
• Functional Skills Maths & English
• Literacy and numeracy development
• Exam preparation and confidence-building
• Re-engagement with learning

Some learners may also have additional needs such as:

• SEN & SEND
• EHCPs
• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• SEMH needs
• School avoidance or anxiety

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
