We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Tyre Fitter / Alignment Technician in Falmouth. Our client is seeking a dedicated Tyre Fitter / Alignment Technician who is passionate about precision work and modern automotive technologies. The successful Tyre Fitter & Alignment Technician will join a professional team within a well-equipped workshop environment that values technical skill and attention to detail.

Duties:
  • Carrying out tyre fitting for cars and light vans with an emphasis on safety and accuracy
  • Performing full computerised / 3D wheel alignments, including comprehensive geometry adjustments as required
  • Ensuring all work complies with current industry standards and safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice during service delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven, time-served tyre fitter with relevant industry experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tyre fitting and wheel alignment practices
  • Experience with computerised wheel alignment equipment, preferably 3D systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
