We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Tyre Fitter for their independent garage in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.   • Excellent working hours with a healthy work-life balance, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, plus rota’d Saturday mornings
Duties of the Tyre Fitter:
  • Fitting and replacing tyres on a range of vehicles
  • Carrying out wheel balancing and puncture repairs
  • Performing wheel alignment checks and adjustments
  • Inspecting tyres and advising customers on tyre condition and needs
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Assisting with general workshop duties as required
Requirements of the Tyre Fitter:
  • Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or Fast Fit Technician
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and repair procedures
  • Experience with wheel alignment equipment is desirable
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
