What you'll be doingNo two days are the same, but you could be:
- Supporting teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
- Helping children build confidence, independence and a love of learning
- Supporting pupils with additional learning or SEND needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating an inclusive classroom
- Becoming a trusted adult who makes every school day a little brighter
We're looking for enthusiastic graduates who are keen to make a difference.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in any subject
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in education and child development
- The confidence to build positive relationships with children and school staff
Previous experience working with children is helpful but isn't essential. Coaching, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering or youth work all count too.
