Yeovil College is looking for a highly organisedand detail-focused University Centre Data and Compliance Administrator to join our successful team. You'llcoordinatekey processes across the student lifecycle, from admissions and enrolments through to exam boards, placements, results and graduate outcomes, ensuring everything is accurate, efficientand compliantwith sector regulations, partner university requirements and College policies. You'llcompileand analyse data for reporting, work closely with university partners and external organisations, and provide a high-quality service to students and staff. What we'relooking for:

Previous administrative experience, ideally within the education sector, with a strong understanding of data protection and compliance.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex processes, competing priorities and peaks in workload.

Strong data, numeracy and IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse and report on information accurately.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with students, staff, universities and external stakeholders.

A professional, proactive and flexible approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.

GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, plus a degree or relevant professional qualification alongside significant professional experience.
