Your role will be to help these young people feel safe, understood, and capable of progress. A calm and patient approach, confidence in working across key stages, and strong relationship-building skills are key. The ability to remain composed under pressure and apply effective de-escalation techniques will be vital in supporting pupils emotionally and academically.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in a young person’s life!

Who We’re Looking for?

  • Experience supporting children, young people, or individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in education, care, youth work, coaching, residential, or community settings.

  • Resilient, patient and understanding attitude
  • Support pupils with personal care, mobility, and sensory needs where required.
