Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Manager to join a successful automotive dealership in Kidlington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious automotive sales professional who wants to take ownership of a busy used car operation, lead a team and have the earning potential to match their performance.

The Role

As Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance and profitability of the used car department, whilst leading, motivating and developing the sales team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving used car sales and profitability
• Managing and motivating the sales team
• Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
• Monitoring and improving key KPIs
• Managing stock, pricing and vehicle preparation
• Maximising every sales opportunity
• Coaching and developing your team
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensuring high standards across the sales process
• Working closely with the wider dealership management team

About You

We’re looking for an experienced automotive sales professional with a proven track record in used car sales.

You may already be a Used Car Sales Manager or Sales Manager, or be an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to take the next step.

You’ll be commercially driven, target-focused and confident leading a team, with the ability to create a positive, motivated and high-performing sales environment.
