Valuation Director

Job Title: Valuation Director – MRICS – Commercial & Residential Valuation – Manchester

Salary: £70,000 - £,85000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester

A well-established and fast-growing property consultancy is looking for a Valuation Director in Manchester. This is an MRICS qualified role covering both commercial valuation and residential valuation, working across the full RICS Red Book spectrum including panel and loan security valuation work.

You'll join a growing Manchester office and effectively co-run it alongside another director, reviewing valuation reports, mentoring junior surveyors, and taking real ownership of the caseload rather than simply executing instructions. Its a true rounded leadership opportunity in both people and business.

The instruction mix is genuinely varied, covering residential valuation (including HMOs) one week and commercial valuation of industrial estates and Grade A Manchester offices the next. You'll need to be equally comfortable across both.

Key requirements:

• MRICS qualification
• Strong commercial valuation and residential valuation experience
• RICS Red Book / loan security valuation experience, ideally including panel work
• Experience reviewing reports and mentoring junior surveyors
• Manchester and Northwest market knowledge preferred
• Willingness to contribute to business development

This role covers Manchester and the wider Northwest, including the Peak District, Cheshire, North Wales, Merseyside and Lancashire.
