Looking for a Delivery Driver role with fewer drops and a better work-life balance?

We're recruiting reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a growing home delivery team. Unlike many multi-drop driving roles, you'll complete no more than 12 deliveries per day, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service without the pressure of high-volume delivery schedules.

The Role

As a Home Delivery Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers' homes while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van to complete scheduled home deliveries
• Deliver products to customer homes professionally and on time
• Follow planned delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
• Load and unload goods safely
• Complete basic product assembly when required (full training provided)
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and report any defects
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
• Comply with all road traffic laws and company procedures

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving goods
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Home Delivery Driver, Courier Driver, or similar role
• Knowledge of transport and logistics operations
• Experience using delivery apps, GPS systems, and route planning tools
• Warehouse or distribution experience
