Part-Time Van Driver - Bank Staff
Location: East Grinstead, with travel to Oxshott and Central London
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Variable, Monday to Friday

Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a reputable business based on the outskirts of East Grinstead who are looking for a reliable and flexible Part-Time Van Driver to join their team on a bank contract.

This role would suit someone who is happy with split shifts working hours and can offer flexibility, including availability at short notice when required. You will be responsible for transporting staff to and from work as well as the equipment between the company's offices in East Grinstead, Surrey and Central London, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Driving staff between the company's clinics in East Grinstead, Surrey and Central London.
• Transporting medical equipment between the East Grinstead and Surrey sites.
• Loading, unloading and delivering equipment and stock safely.
• Checking deliveries against delivery notes and ensuring items reach the correct locations.
• Picking, packing and preparing goods and equipment for delivery when required.
• Keeping the company van clean, tidy and in good condition.
• Arranging and taking the van for MOTs and servicing as required.
• Supporting with stock movement, rotation and general stores duties.
• Keeping storage areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Potentially assisting with patient transport between clinics as the service develops.

Skills and experience:

• Previous driving experience is essential.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Confident and comfortable driving a van in and around Central London.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible, with a professional and responsible approach to driving.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to handle equipment and deliveries carefully.
• Happy to undertake a varied role involving both driving and general stores duties.
• Available to work variable hours from Monday to Friday, including occasional early starts, late finishes and short-notice shifts.
