Van Drivers Required – Essex & Kent

Logirec Recruitment are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Van Drivers to work with a range of clients across Essex and Kent. We have both temporary assignments and temp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates.

The Role

• Delivering goods to customers and businesses in a safe and professional manner
• Conducting vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where necessary
• Providing excellent customer service while representing our clients

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Various shift patterns available
• Start times from 6:00am
• Opportunities to suit different availability

Pay Rates

• £13.50 – £15.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Holiday pay accrued in accordance with statutory requirements

Requirements

• A full, valid UK driving licence
• A maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
• Previous van driving experience is preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of road safety and UK driving regulations
• Physically fit, as the role will involve some manual handling and lifting
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
