3.5 TONNE VAN DRIVER - CLINICAL WASTE
Location: Cardiff-CF24
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Working Week: Monday to Friday 6-7am start-(8hour shift)
Must be able to start immediately!!!
Overtime: Saturday & Sunday overtime available
THE ROLE
We are looking for reliable and hardworking 3.5 Tonne Van Drivers to collect clinical waste from commercial businesses.
You will drive a 3.5-tonne van to various commercial customer sites and collect clinical waste. All waste will be securely bagged and ready for collection, so you will not be handling loose clinical waste.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive a 3.5-tonne van to commercial businesses.
- Collect securely bagged clinical waste from customer sites.
- Load bags safely into the vehicle.
- Follow designated collection routes and schedules.
- Complete collection paperwork and records.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
- Keep the vehicle clean and tidy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous 3.5-tonne van driving experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good customer service skills.
- Comfortable with manual handling.
- Able to work independently and follow procedures.
- Willing to work with clinical waste in line with company training and safety procedures.
