Van Driver

Location: Basingstoke
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 starts
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver to join our team, working for a busy plumbing merchant based in Basingstoke.

You will be responsible for delivering plumbing and heating supplies to customers across the local area. This is a multi-drop delivery role, so you’ll need to be comfortable making multiple deliveries throughout the day while providing a professional and friendly service.

• Multi-drop delivery of plumbing and heating products
• Loading and unloading the van safely
• Completing deliveries on time and to the correct locations
• Dealing professionally with customers
• Checking delivery paperwork
• Keeping the vehicle clean and tidy
• Following all road safety and company procedures

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous van driving experience preferred
• Multi-drop experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good customer service skills
• Physically fit, as some lifting and handling of plumbing materials is required

• £13.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday – no weekend work
• 06:00 starts
• Regular, consistent work
• Opportunity to work with an established plumbing merchant
