We are currently recruiting a Van Liner to join a well-established vehicle conversion and manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical skills who is looking for a permanent position with regular overtime and long-term career development.
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime: Paid at x1.5
Role Type: Permanent – Right to Work in the UK required
Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:15pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
About the Role As a Van Liner, you will be responsible for converting commercial vehicles by installing a range of interior fittings and accessories. Working within a skilled production team, you'll help produce high-quality vehicle conversions while maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install vehicle lining and interior components
  • Fit shelving, storage systems and vehicle accessories
  • Install lighting, security equipment and other vehicle fittings
  • Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in vehicle conversions is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with experience as a Cabinet Maker, Joiner, Kitchen Fitter, or Electrician will also be considered.
  • Good practical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Conversational English is required.
