Van Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - London 
Location: London & M25
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Company Van + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services company. Covering prestigious commercial sites across London and the M25, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of commercial HVAC systems across a varied portfolio of client sites.

You'll be working on equipment including:
  • VRV/VRF systems
  • Split and multi-split air conditioning systems
  • Heat pumps
  • Air Handling Units (AHUs)
  • Chillers
  • Associated HVAC plant and equipment
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulations
  • Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Supporting and mentoring junior engineers when required
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Current F-Gas (2079) certification
  • Previous experience within commercial HVAC or building services maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working on VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, AHUs, and associated HVAC equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A professional attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
