Van Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a LCV / Van Sales Executive position in Aldershot. Duties of the LCV / Van Sales Executive:

• Promote and sell new and used vans in accordance with brand standards
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote repeat business
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, parts, and associated services
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage sales administration accurately, ensuring documentation and compliance are maintained
• Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships

Requirements of the LCV / Van Sales Executive:

• Proven vehicle sales experience within a commercial vehicle dealership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Desirable: minimum of two years’ commercial vehicle sales experience or a proven track record in retail sales environments with a focus on customer loyalty development
