We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon, for the position of Van Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated automotive sales professionals to join a dynamic and customer-focused team.
The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, guiding clients through the entire vehicle purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. The role involves advising customers on extended warranties, accessories, and finance options, whilst ensuring compliance with industry regulations concerning the sale of financial products and insurance. The individual will work closely with the Van Sales Manager and contribute to the dealership’s continued success.

Duties of the Van Sales Executive:
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone, and digital channels
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, including finance, warranty, and accessories
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
Requirements of the Van Sales Executive:
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Swindon
  • Automotive sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicles, though individuals with relevant automotive sales backgrounds will also be considered
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic with the motivation to maximise sales opportunities
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for the automotive industry
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
