Our client, a reputable used van retailer with a national presence, is seeking an experienced Van Sales Executive to join their expanding team on the outskirts of Chipping Sodbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career within a growing company.

- Minimum £26,000 basic salary, with significant bonus potential; top performers can earn £100,000-£120,000+ per annum

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm; Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm (at least one weekend day per week required)
- Promote and sell used vans, and occasionally 4x4s and cars, both over the phone and via email
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative sales techniques
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Advise customers on vehicle features, warranties, and service plans
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to payment collection and vehicle delivery
- Keep customers informed about delivery status and address any delays or queries
- Demonstrate vehicles and associated products to customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle stock, sales processes, and relevant industry regulations
- Proven automotive vehicle sales experience, preferably within the van or commercial vehicle sector
- Strong IT literacy skills
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- Reside within a reasonable commute of Chipping Sodbury
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to build rapport with customers
- Confident negotiator with excellent influencing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
- Enthusiastic team player with a professional approach
