- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
- Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
- Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- NVQ or IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven workshop or dealership experience as a Van Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience working on LCVs is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles is advantageous
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
