We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the role of a Van Technician in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Van Technician seeking a long-term position within a reputable, manufacturer-backed main dealership. Duties of a Van Technician:
  • Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards on Light Commercial Vehicles
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and health checks 
  • Complete warranty repairs and general workshop tasks
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, accurately, and within specified timescales
  • Maintain detailed job cards and service documentation
  • Collaborate effectively within the workshop team to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience as a Van Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
