- Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of approximately £42,000 based on experience
- Working hours Monday to Friday, with Saturdays paid as overtime on a rota basis

- Assist in maintaining the workshop’s efficiency and productivity
- Proven experience as a Technician or Van Technician
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications in automotive repair
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify faults efficiently
- Ability to work within deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to workshop environments
