Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing precise repair estimates
  • Using Audatex and GT Motive to generate reliable valuations
  • Communicating effectively with customers, insurance companies, and repair teams
  • Ensuring all repair estimates comply with company standards and audit procedures
  • Managing multiple assessments efficiently while maintaining high standards
  • Contributing positively to team morale and customer satisfaction
  • Keeping detailed, organised records of assessments, communications, and estimates
Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive repair sector
  • ATA qualification or working towards ATA certification; senior level preferred
  • Proficiency in Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Reside within 20 miles of Hayes, Greater London, for ease of travel
  • Demonstrable commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and results
