Salary: £45,000 - £50000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5pm)
Location: Slough (Berkshire)

Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor looking to join a busy, professional accident repair centre with a strong reputation in the insurance repair sector?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established accident repair business that works closely with leading insurance companies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and produce accurate repair estimates.
• Assess vehicle damage in line with insurance and manufacturer repair methods.
• Liaise with insurance companies, engineers and customers throughout the repair process.
• Prepare repair schedules using industry estimating systems.
• Identify additional damage and submit supplementary estimates where required.
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing repairs from assessment through to completion.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), Estimator or Bodyshop Estimator.
• Experience working within an insurance accident repair environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle construction and modern repair techniques.
• Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex, GT Motive or Autoflow is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• ATA Accreditation is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
