Duties of the Vehicle Damager Assessor:
  • Conduct precise damage assessments and vehicle estimations as a Vehicle Damager Assessor
  • Liaise effectively with customers, insurance companies, and repair centres to facilitate repair processes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments and estimates
  • Ensure conformity with industry standards and company policies
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely estimates
  • Keep up-to-date with vehicle repair procedures and industry software
  • Occasionally work on Saturdays, as required, to meet operational demands
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damager Assessor within the motor trade sector
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and estimating software
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
