Salary: £37,760 – £42,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a Vehicle Inspector / HGV Inspector / PSV Inspector to join our client’s dedicated Engineering team, supporting their commitment to providing a high standard of service output and vehicle safety compliance.
Vehicle Inspector Required Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs (or equivalent) OR IRTEC / FTA qualification
- Full UK car driving licence
- Strong knowledge of DVSA standards and vehicle compliance
Vehicle Inspector Main Duties:
- Carrying out detailed vehicle inspections on HGVs / PSVs
- Identifying defects and reporting findings accurately
- Ensuring vehicles meet safety, legal, and compliance standards
- Supporting MOT preparation and presentation
- Maintaining inspection records and documentation
- Working effectively within a busy workshop environment
