Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy, manufacturer-approved accident repair centre in Taplow. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Bodyshop by managing vehicle parts efficiently and accurately.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering and managing vehicle parts to support the repair process. Working closely with technicians, estimators and suppliers, you'll help ensure repairs are completed on time while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and stock control.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ordering vehicle parts from approved suppliers.
• Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries.
• Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory control.
• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for vehicle repairs.
• Liaising with technicians, estimators and suppliers to ensure parts are available when required.
• Processing returns, credits and warranty claims.
• Maintaining accurate records using the bodyshop management system.
• Ensuring all parts are stored safely and the parts department remains organised.
• Supporting the wider team to help deliver vehicles back to customers on time.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Administrator, or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Experience in an accident repair centre, bodyshop or dealership is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and manufacturer catalogues.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and parts ordering software.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
