Join Our Sales Support Team

Renault Retail Group is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our team at Renault Romford.

This is a varied role that combines vehicle progression, customer handovers, sales administration and vehicle presentation, helping to ensure every customer receives a professional and well-organised experience from purchase through to collection.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager and wider Sales Team, you'll help ensure vehicles are prepared, customers are supported and handovers are delivered to a high standard.

The role also offers exposure to the operation of a busy franchised dealership sales department and may appeal to candidates interested in developing a future career in automotive sales.

What You'll Do

• Progress vehicle orders from point of sale through to customer handover
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, accessory fitting and handover scheduling

• Welcome customers and support professional vehicle handover appointments
• Support vehicle presentation, photography and online marketing activity
• Maintain demonstration, display and used vehicle standards
• Process vehicle handover, ECOS/ECOP and related administrative documentation
• Manage vehicle keys, parking arrangements and vehicle movements across the site
• Maintain high standards of organisation, presentation, housekeeping and Health & Safety compliance

What We're Looking For 

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in vehicle progression, vehicle administration, handover activities, vehicle preparation or similar automotive support roles.

You'll ideally demonstrate:

• A customer-focused and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills
• Confidence working within established processes and procedures

Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Licence Requirement

A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.

Hours & Pay

This role is based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. 

Basic salary is £26,437 pa.
