Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor 

Location: Hertfordshire 

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Benefits (OTE upto £32,000) 

Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) + 1 in 4 Saturday Morning paid Overtime (8:00am - 12:00pm)

We are working with a specialist, reliable, and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based in and around the Hertfordshire area. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to expand their growing team. Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all customer bookings are consistently and accurately recorded.
• Answer incoming telephone calls to the site & greet all visitors to the site.
• Managing customer inspection schedules – liaising with the customer and workshop, and managing the daily diary.
• Keep customers informed of progress reports.
• Respond to emails from customers, contractors, and other sites.
• Completing Invoicing and filing, Job cards and dealing with bookings

As a Service Advisor, you should hold:

• Experience in the motor trade industry would be an advantage 
• Good phone manners, use of email, and computer literate 
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Responsive and willing to learn, receive training, and develop both yourself and those around you.
• Able to prioritise your own workload and support the team
