Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and general repairs
- Complete vehicle health checks and report additional work
- Work to manufacturer standards and timelines
- Support the workshop team to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair (or equivalent)
- Experience within a franchised dealership
- Strong servicing and maintenance skills
- VAG experience beneficial but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Circa £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Bonus scheme worth £5,000+ per year
