• £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus bonus for efficiency
• Winchester

Vehicle Technician Role and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of manufacturer brands
• Diagnosing and reporting faults using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-generated test plans
• Following workshop manuals and technical procedures precisely on every repair
• Completing detailed technical write-ups electronically to support warranty claims
• Liaising with manufacturer technical support to report issues and gain warranty approval
• Using integrated camera systems to document faults and report warranty issues to customers

Vehicle Technician Skills and Experience:

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 qualified, or equivalent, with hands-on experience
• Proven experience within a main dealer or franchised workshop environment
• MOT tester qualification advantageous but not essential
• Good level of IT skills, confident using online systems and diagnostic software
• A proactive approach to learning, keen to develop and grow within the role
