Up to £39,000 DOE + Bonus

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and busy workshop in Rugby. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and the chance to develop your career within a supportive team.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and paperwork.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred.
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester licence preferred but not essential.
