We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership workshop in Stafford. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Dealership and independent garage experience will both be considered.

Location: Stafford
Salary: £34,000 basic + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + uncapped Time Saved Bonus
OTE: Up to £41,230+ uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

- Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance to required standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete vehicle health checks using diagnostic equipment
- Carry out authorised repair and warranty work
- Road test vehicles following repairs
- Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Car Technician
- Dealership or independent garage experience
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous manufacturer experience is advantageous but not essential
