LCV Vehicle Technician – Bilston

We are recruiting for an experienced LCV Vehicle Technician, Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, Van Technician or Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership workshop in Bilston. Applicants must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have previous Technician or Mechanic experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details

Location: Bilston
Salary: Around £35,000 basic, depending on experience
OTE: £45,000–£50,000
Bonus: Uncapped, with realistic annual bonus potential around £12,000
Hours: Full-Time, with paid Saturday overtime and approved additional hours

LCV Vehicle Technician Role
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate equipment
  • Repair and replace components, lubricants and consumables
  • Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair work
  • Accurately record servicing and repair work
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety
  • Follow workshop and Health & Safety procedures
LCV Vehicle Technician Requirements
  • Recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an LCV Technician, Vehicle Technician, Van Technician or Mechanic
  • Strong servicing, repair and fault-finding skills
  • High standards of workmanship and safety
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
