Location: Watford
Salary: £34,000 – £60,000 OTE (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturday rota (where applicable)

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Watford. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking for stability, strong earning potential and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles

  • Accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults

  • MOT preparation and repairs (if qualified)

  • Use of diagnostic equipment and workshop systems

  • Completing job cards and paperwork accurately

  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician

  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)

  • Reliable, motivated and team-oriented
