We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealership in Telford.

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance their team. This is an ideal role for an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to enjoy a balanced work schedule, with no weekend work and a supportive, flexible working environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience
  • Potential to earn OTE of £40,000 annually
  • Mon–Fri working hours, 40 hours per week, no weekends
  • Training opportunities, including High Voltage (HV) if applicable

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and MOT testing (if qualified) to a high standard
  • Diagnose faults accurately using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet workshop targets
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ or IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • MOT licence (Class 4) preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in a dealership or independent workshop environment
  • VAG experience is highly advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with excellent attention to detail
