We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-regarded employer that invests in technical development and maintains high workshop standards. This Vehicle Technician role is focused on delivering consistently high-quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics in a supportive, team-led environment.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a consistently high standard
  • Use diagnostic systems effectively to identify faults and recommend appropriate work
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and technician records
  • Support continuous improvement through participation in development training
  • Work as part of a team, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and quality standards
  • Competent in servicing and repair work across a range of vehicles
  • Willingness to learn and develop, including EV and gearbox/engine training
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
  • MOT licence is desirable but not essential; training support can be provided
