Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Conduct detailed inspections to identify wear, damage, or faults
  • Offer expert technical advice and support to customers
  • Maintain excellent customer service, building customer trust
  • Collaborate effectively with reception and workshop control teams
  • Assist and mentor fellow Vehicle Technicians in daily workshop activities
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and procedures
  • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • Valid UK driving licence is mandatory; MOT licence advantageous but not required
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
