Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting for the position of Vehicle Technician in Aldershot, Hampshire, on behalf of a reputable car dealership. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their well-established team. • Realistic on-target earnings exceeding £46,000
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5.30pm, with no weekends

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Perform electronic documentation and communicate effectively with the service team
• Stay updated with manufacturer training and latest vehicle technology advancements
• Provide high levels of customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
• Adhere to dealership health and safety policies

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Mechanics or Automotive Technology
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with main dealer procedures and repair methods
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work
