We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchised main dealership in Worthing, West Sussex, for a dedicated Vehicle Technician. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with a four-day working week and excellent earning potential in a professional environment. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
  • Ensuring high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records of all work completed
  • Adhering to health and safety standards and dealership policies
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet dealership targets
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Semi-Skilled Technician within a franchised dealership or independent garage
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
  • MOT licence is preferred but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
