We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, an established and reputable independent workshop located in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a role with excellent work-life balance and career progression prospects.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Prepare and deliver customer vehicles with attention to detail and quality
  • Work on a variety of luxury, prestige, and high-performance vehicles
  • Keep up to date with the latest vehicle systems and repair techniques
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and vehicle care
  • Work effectively within a professional team to meet workshop targets
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, especially working with prestige or high-performance vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Demonstrated passion for automotive excellence and pride in work quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and professional approach
